III. PURPOSES

The personal data obtained will be used for the following purposes: Provide general information about our Company to:
a) General public interested in learning more about our products and organization. b) Media interested in the activities carried out by the company and to be in contact with them, to assist them on our product and organization topics. c) Information and contact about holding social and business events d) Analysts, investors, financial organizations and the general public. e) The receipt of complaints and reports related to violations of the Code of Conduct by FRANSLUX employees and its subsidiaries, as well as to report faults in customer and supplier service f) Process and respond to your ARCO Rights Exercise Request. g) Sending information about the products offered by our organization (Advertising, Promotions and Marketing).

V. TRANSFERS

Except in the cases indicated above and the others referred to in article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, your personal information will not be transferred to third parties.

VI. ARCO RIGHTS

As the owner of the personal data collected, you have the right to know what information we have, as well as the use and treatment given to it. Similarly, you have the right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we eliminate your information from our records or databases, when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations provided in the applicable regulations (Cancellation); you may also oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).
